Job Overview

This role involves leading the installation, configuration, and support of high-availability platforms. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background in infrastructure technology and excellent analytical skills to identify and resolve complex issues.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Infrastructure Management: Installation and maintenance of operating systems, security, middleware, and communications software on hardware.
  • Systems Operations: Scheduling, automation, and support of high-availability systems.
  • Vulnerability Patching: Patching of operating system components to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Storage & File Systems: Management of storage and file systems for efficient data management.
  • Hardware Planning & Configuration: Planning, configuration, and incident management of hardware components.
  • Performance Monitoring: Monitoring and management of system performance.
  • Business Continuity: Development and implementation of business continuity processes and procedures.
Requirements:
  • 7+ years of experience: Working on large, complex environments with a proven track record of delivering results on time.
  • 5+ years of experience: Providing level 2/3 engineering support.
  • Technical Skills: Strong technical background in infrastructure technology and effective written and verbal communication skills.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
