Senior Brand Development Manager

We are seeking a seasoned Marketing Leader to spearhead our brand development in Brazil.
This pivotal role involves crafting and executing strategic marketing plans for Monster Energy, Reign, and Burn brands, ensuring seamless alignment with global standards.
Key Responsibilities:- Strategic Planning: Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies that drive business growth, foster partnerships, and enhance brand relevance.
- Talent Management: Foster relationships with key influencers, opinion leaders, and athletes to drive brand advocacy and engagement.
- Event Execution: Plan and execute events at all levels, from grassroots to large-scale activations, aligning with brand strategies and local business plans.
- Brand Activation: Leverage global, national, and regional brand properties to develop innovative marketing ideas, capturing on-the-ground insights.
- Branding and Visual Identity: Ensure consistent branding and logos across events, activations, and campaigns, adhering to global brand guidelines.
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in marketing within top-tier CPG companies, beverages preferred.
- 10+ years of leadership experience in cross-functional teams.
- Advanced Microsoft tools skills, including Excel, PowerPoint, and SharePoint.
