Become a key player in the democratization of financial services in Latin America by joining our team. We are a highly-technical, passionate, and driven group of innovators working to simplify access to financial data and facilitate seamless payments.

With over 90 team members representing 20 nationalities, we have offices in São Paulo and Mexico City and offer flexible working arrangements for remote-friendly roles. Our products are designed for developers, by developers, with technological excellence at the heart of everything we do.

As part of our team, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative solutions that meet customer needs. You will develop deep knowledge of our product and platform, becoming a trusted resource on current and future offerings.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and be able to facilitate professional conversations to achieve positive outcomes. They should also be motivated to grow their knowledge of finance, fintech, and technology in Latin America.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide technical support to customers across various stages of their lifecycle, including pre-sales, integration, launch, and post-launch.
  • Develop tailored technical documentation for enterprise accounts, clearly describing solutions and project deliverables.
  • Collaborate closely with Product and Engineering teams to incorporate and prioritize customer feedback.
Requirements:
  • 1+ year of experience in onboarding, support, or similar roles.
  • Basic knowledge of APIs and documentation.
  • Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, Systems Analysis, or related fields.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Motivation to grow knowledge of finance, fintech, and technology in Latin America.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience working directly with customers.
  • Programming expertise in one or more languages.
  • Project management experience.
  • Fluency in Spanish.
