The role of Quality and Engineering Professional is critical to our team, encompassing leadership in quality management and technical expertise. This highly experienced professional oversees complex quality control processes, leads strategic improvements, and ensures adherence to industry best practices and regulatory requirements.

This includes overseeing quality control and engineering processes for landing gear maintenance, developing comprehensive quality improvement programs, providing technical guidance to analysts, ensuring compliance with internal procedures and best practices, and performing advanced data analysis, leading root cause investigations, and driving corrective and preventive actions.

  • Oversee quality control and engineering processes for landing gear MRO
  • Develop comprehensive quality improvement programs to enhance operational performance
  • Provide technical guidance to analysts, ensuring compliance with internal procedures and best practices
  • Perform advanced data analysis, lead root cause investigations, and drive corrective and preventive actions
  • Manage compliance with aerospace regulations, quality certifications (ANAC, FAA, ISO 9001), and approved technical data
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless quality management
  • Support internal and external audits, providing technical assistance during inspections and certifications
  • Develop and report on key quality performance indicators, identifying areas for process optimization and cost reduction
  • Be a technical reference in strategic decision-making regarding quality and process improvements

To succeed in this role, you will require a minimum of 5 years of experience in the aeronautical industry with quality and/or engineering expertise. Advanced knowledge of quality auditing processes, aeronautical authorities' regulations, and ISO 9001 standards is essential.
