Job Title: Deputy Manager - SAP Enterprise Cloud Services

Join Decision Group, a leading provider of technology consulting services, as a Deputy Manager - SAP Enterprise Cloud Services. In this role, you will be responsible for leading the delivery of SAP Enterprise Cloud Services to our clients, ensuring seamless integration and migration of their SAP systems to the cloud.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Technical Architecture: Design and implement technical architectures for SAP Enterprise Cloud Services, ensuring scalability, security, and performance.
  • Landscape Issues/Queries Guidance: Provide guidance to end customers on landscape issues and queries, ensuring timely resolution and minimizing downtime.
  • Sales to Delivery Handover: Support the handover of sales to delivery, ensuring a smooth transition of customer onboarding to SAP Enterprise Cloud Services.
  • Customer Onboarding: Contribute to the onboarding and transitioning of customers to SAP Enterprise Cloud Services, ensuring a seamless experience.
  • Service/Project Delivery: Oversee the overall service/project delivery, ensuring it meets planned scope, budget, and milestones.
  • De-escalations: Support in de-escalations of critical customer situations, working closely with Major Incident Management (MIM), SAP Enterprise Cloud Services Customer Office teams, and SAP Product Support.
  • Problem Management: Execute and support problem management and continuous improvement, ensuring customer success.
  • Liaison with SAP Stakeholders: Contribute to the liaison with different SAP stakeholders, ensuring customer success and smooth delivery of services.

Requirements:

  • Technical Expertise: Minimum 5+ years of experience in SAP Basis area, with good understanding and hands-on experience in S/4 HANA Application & HANA database.
  • Cloud Knowledge: 2+ years of experience in cloud knowledge, through Solution Management, Consulting, and/or Delivery Program management.
  • SAP Upgrade & Migration: Experience in SAP Upgrade & Migration (OS/DB) is mandatory.
  • SaaS Products Integration: Experience in SaaS products (Ariba, Salesforce, C4S etc.) integration with SAP Landscape is a plus.
  • HyperScaler Experience: Hands-on experience in any of hyper scaler (AWS/ Azure/ GCP) is needed.
