We are seeking a **Senior Product Manager** who will lead pricing operations for our **Retail** business in Brazil. This PM will be responsible for interfacing with various functional teams, analyzing data, and developing strategies to ensure that we are offering the right price to our customers.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Work with global teams to ensure that all pricing programs are in place and support business teams on operational needs.
  • Comfortable building reports, analyzing data, and transforming it into insights for business teams.
  • Control the execution of all business, fiscal, and administrative functions of the assigned product.
  • Take accountability and drive planning and resolution, and be comfortable in different roles, sometimes supporting, sometimes leading.
  • Monitor and report on the progress of all activity within the program area, including significant milestones and any conditions that would affect program cost or schedule.
  • Communicate across various parties to ensure alignment of goals and tasks to ensure the overall success of the program.
  • Work within various time constraints to meet critical business needs.

**Requirements**

  • Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements.
  • Experience owning program strategy, end-to-end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership.

**Preferred Qualifications**

  • Experience driving process improvements.
  • Master's degree or MBA in business, operations, human resources, adult education, organizational development, instructional design, or related field.
