Youth Counselor

Are you passionate about helping youth achieve their desired futures?

This position involves providing direct in-person services to clients according to established program protocols. The ideal candidate will have excellent counseling skills and be able to work effectively with families, youth, and community members.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide individual, parent, and family group counseling services to clients in homes, schools, and other settings as appropriate within the context of outreach services and according to treatment plans.
• Complete and submit all required clinical documentation in a professional manner within established program expectations and timeframes.
• Participate in ongoing education and training to enhance knowledge and skills.

Requirements:

• Masters degree in a human service discipline.
• Valid driver's license with reliable transportation to meet clients in the community (mileage compensation).
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
