Job Opportunity

This position presents a unique chance for licensed professionals to expand their skills through supervised fieldwork, delivering behavior support services across diverse populations. As a LifeSpan Clinician Two, you will provide expert clinical direction and develop tailored treatment plans to ensure effective implementation of services.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct thorough assessments of medical need for services with children, youth, and adults and their families/care providers.
  • Prepare comprehensive clinical documentation identifying target behaviors, replacement behaviors, and individualized interventions.
  • Establish criteria for discharge from services and develop robust discharge plans to maintain changes and address ongoing needs.
  • Maintain regular contact with families/care providers to consult on behavior presentation, skill acquisition, and successes.
  • Participate in regular treatment team meetings, supervision, and staff development to support clinical improvement and program growth.
Requirements:
  • Master's degree in social work, psychology, education, applied behavior analysis, or counseling field required.
  • Prior to hire, must be a PA licensed clinician in one of the following areas: Licensed Psychologist, Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), or Licensed Behavior Specialist (LBS).
  • One year of post-master's degree experience providing behavioral health services required.
Working Conditions/Physical Demands:
  • Work in program sites and the community routinely providing direct care and/or support with individuals.
  • Able to move and stay with an individual to keep them safe, both in home environment and community, at near and far distances.
  • Able to assist an individual who has fallen, regardless of weight or size.
