We're seeking a dedicated and compassionate Clinician to join our team in providing expert behavioral health services.
Job Description:The Lifespan Clinician Two is responsible for delivering high-quality behavior support services across child, adolescent, and adult populations. This role involves conducting thorough assessments of medical needs, preparing individualized clinical documentation, and designing treatment plans to support and sustain change.
- Engage with clients, their families/care providers to conduct thorough assessment of medical need for services
- Prepare individualized clinical documentation which identifies target behaviors, replacement behaviors, and individualized interventions
- Establish criteria for discharge from services, develop robust discharge plan to support the individual and family/care providers in maintaining changes
To succeed as a Lifespan Clinician Two, you will require a Master's degree in social work, psychology, education, applied behavior analysis, or counseling field, as well as prior experience providing behavioral health services. You must also be a PA licensed clinician in one of the following areas: Licensed Psychologist, Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed clinical social worker (LCSW), or Licensed Behavior Specialist (LBS).
A strong understanding of CASSP principles, excellent organizational and oral/written communication skills, and ability to effectively handle multiple priorities are essential for this role.
