Behavioral Health Care Services Specialist

At our state-of-the-art facility, we are seeking an experienced Behavioral Health Care Services Specialist to join a multi-disciplinary team working with EPIC.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide clinical social work services in accordance with the philosophy and objectives of our organization.
  • Perform psychosocial assessments, individual, group and family therapy, participation in treatment team planning, processing commitments, and discharge planning/case management service, crisis intervention and liaison services with referral sources and other departments within the hospital.
