Lead a Growth Charge in Legaltech

We are driving innovation in the Direct-to-Consumer space within LegalTech/Information Technology.

As a Senior Growth Product Manager, you will be responsible for crafting and prioritizing product backlogs to ensure our customer journeys meet needs and drive sustainable growth.

You will execute A/B tests to enhance conversion rates at various funnel stages, directly impacting revenue, customer satisfaction, and key growth metrics such as Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC), Return on Ad Spend (ROAS), and Customer Lifetime Value (LTV).

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and optimize key performance indicators (KPIs) like CAC, ROAS, LTV, and Conversion Rates for your team.
  • Oversee and improve product development processes, ensuring that growth features are delivered on time with high quality while driving incremental improvements through A/B testing and iteration.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (user experience research, design, data science, marketing) and customers to identify key challenges, optimize funnel performance, and propose A/B tested solutions affecting core growth metrics.
  • Gain a deep understanding of our customers throughout their onboarding and entire lifecycle journey, advocating for solutions based on their most significant needs and pain points.
  • Utilize data-driven insights to optimize customer Acquisition, Activation, and Retention, ensuring that growth strategies align with company objectives.
Qualifications
  • A proven track record of building product experiences driving customer Acquisition, Activation, and Retention.
  • Experience in defining and optimizing key growth metrics such as CAC, ROAS, LTV, and Conversion Rates.
  • Expertise in creating and reviewing user stories (including granular breakdowns, acceptance criteria, and QA) supporting growth initiatives.
  • Experience building and scaling products for Web & Mobile/Native App experiences.
  • A strong ability to prioritize the product backlog while balancing customer needs, resource availability, and growth opportunities.
