We are seeking a skilled User Experience Specialist to join our Development team. The ideal candidate will work collaboratively with multicultural teams worldwide and participate in projects that leverage cutting-edge technologies.

About the Role

This is an opportunity to grow in a fast-growing company, where you will face technical challenges and use current technologies engaging with mobile, web applications, devices, and related platforms.

The successful candidate will have 6+ years of experience working as a developer and 5+ years of experience in UX/UI.

Key skills include analysis, troubleshooting, and problem-solving, with hands-on experience managing data loads and data quality being a plus.

You should be proficient in English, have flexible hours, and enjoy a dynamic lifestyle.

Main Activities
  • Work collaboratively with one or more scrum teams and iterate the UX design in an agile model.
  • Work with customers to understand real requirements from a UX point of view, and predict potential UX changes from experience.
  • Prototype quick mockups for initial design and obtain customer feedback to iterate.
  • Design high-quality UI according to modern design principles for commercial software.
  • Illustrate and optimize software workflows for the best UX.
Requirements
  • Proficient in analysis, troubleshooting, and problem-solving.
  • Hands-on experience with managing data loads and data quality is a plus.
  • Advanced English level.
