About the Role:

We are seeking a seasoned Platform Engineer to spearhead our cloud infrastructure strategy. As a key member of our engineering team, you will be responsible for designing, building, and operating scalable and secure cloud-based infrastructure to support our AI and automation initiatives.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in cloud computing, with experience in provisioning and managing large-scale cloud environments. They will also possess excellent software development skills, with a proven track record of delivering high-quality solutions on time.

Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement cloud-based infrastructure using Terraform/CDK
  • Develop and maintain scalable and secure cloud-based applications
  • Work closely with internal teams to embed AI capabilities into business processes via APIs, agents, or prompt workflows
  • Contribute to reproducible, scalable, and observable environments for AI and automation use cases
  • Promote and apply responsible automation practices across the engineering organization
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration with other systems and services

Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you will need to demonstrate the following skills and qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience in AWS platform engineering, including container management/ECS, RDS, DocumentDB, API management, secrets management, and Terraform
  • Solid cloud infrastructure experience with AWS (EC2, IAM, S3, Lambda, CloudWatch, etc.)
  • Proven software development experience (e.g., Python, TypeScript, or similar)
  • Familiarity with data base administration to restore, import export, recover, and diagnose database issues
  • Hands-on experience automating real-world processes or building internal tools
  • Experience with Terraform or CDK for provisioning infrastructure
  • Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and Git-based workflows
  • Strong problem-solving mindset and ability to work autonomously across teams
  • B2+ English proficiency

Nice to Have:

  • Experience with Kubernetes (especially EKS) and Helm
  • Exposure to foundational model hosting (e.g. HuggingFace, vLLM, Triton)
  • Understanding of RAG pipelines, embeddings, and vector databases (e.g. Weaviate, Qdrant)
  • Familiarity with AI automation libraries like LangChain, Haystack, or similar
  • Observability stack: Prometheus, Grafana, OpenTelemetry
