We are seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable specialist to join our team in a cloud-based infrastructure and DevOps role.
Responsibilities:- Resolve user-reported problems using available tools and following procedures and policies.
- Elevate unresolved issues to internal teams, including cloud architects and senior DevOps engineers.
- Document incident resolutions and maintain a knowledge database for problem management.
- Collaborate with IT and cloud project teams to understand and support new deployments and service offerings.
- Provide technical guidance on new cloud technologies and DevOps tools to end-users and internal teams.
- Monitor cloud environments and automated processes, reporting on their status and efficiency.
- Implement minor updates to cloud configurations and scripts under the guidance of senior staff.
- Assist in creating system documentation and user manuals.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Proven experience in a technical help desk or support role, preferably with a focus on cloud services (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and DevOps tools (Kubernetes, Docker, CI/CD pipelines).
- Strong understanding of networking concepts, operating systems (Linux, Windows), and database systems.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to diagnose and troubleshoot complex technical issues.
- Familiarity with scripting languages such as Python, Bash, or PowerShell.
- Exceptional communication and customer service skills, with the ability to provide clear step-by-step technical assistance both verbally and written.
