Financial Analysis Role

We are seeking a skilled Financial Analyst to support finance functions for our Brazil Entities. The successful candidate will work closely with the Sr. Manager, Financial Controllership, and the Americas Shared Service Center.

The Financial Analyst will be part of the accounting and finance cycle, supporting global finance activities and regional requirements for Brazil and Mexico. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who wants to make a meaningful contribution to the company's financial success.

The Key Responsibilities
  • Financial Processes: Handle financial processes in Brazil, including accounts payable, receivable, and cash applications.
  • Financial Closing: Manage financial closing processes (monthly, quarterly, yearly) and prepare necessary reports.
  • Compliance: Ensure compliance with corporate and local regulations (SOX, internal procedures, local laws).
  • Accounting Reconciliations: Perform accounting reconciliations and support the general ledger process.
  • Collaboration: Collaborate with the Shared Service Center and local tax outsourcing/consultants.
The Ideal Candidate
  • Experience: At least 3 years of finance experience.
  • Skills: Strong organizational and collaboration skills. Meticulous and detail-oriented approach. Ability to work independently, prioritize, and multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in finance or accounting.
  • Language Skills: Fluency in English; Spanish skills are a plus.
