Customer Service Representative Opportunity

This is a full-time in-person role for a skilled professional to provide exceptional customer service and support. The position is based in Bethlehem, PA, with flexibility for one work from home day a week.

Day-to-day tasks include assisting clients with their insurance needs, resolving customer inquiries, providing outstanding customer service, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Key responsibilities also involve handling customer support requests, enhancing the overall customer experience, and working collaboratively with the team.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Excellent customer service, customer support, and customer satisfaction skills
  • Experience in enhancing customer experience as a customer service representative
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment
  • Knowledge of insurance products and services is beneficial
  • Licensed to operate as a customer service representative in Pennsylvania, New York, New Jersey, or Maryland
