Job Description

A Physical Therapist plays a vital role in the healthcare system, providing assessment, treatment, and care to patients of all ages. This position requires strong communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Evaluate and implement individualized treatment plans for patients based on their unique needs and goals.
  • Supervise and mentor physical therapist assistants and other staff members to ensure high-quality patient care.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest research and evidence-based practices in physical therapy, incorporating new knowledge and techniques into patient care.
  • Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient progress and treatment outcomes.
