Marketing Analyst Job Description

The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing, implementing and executing strategic marketing activities that drive revenue growth, improve profitability and contribute to the company's overall success.

  • Create and produce high-quality marketing materials with local or regional suppliers to execute orders and campaigns in a timely and budget-friendly manner.
  • Implement and execute marketing campaigns and activities through various channels, including events, direct email, mass email, webinars, social media and live streaming.
  • Provide support for social media strategy by reviewing and updating content plans to increase engagement and position the company as a thought leader.
  • Manage suppliers for internal requests such as merchandising, catering and business cards, while optimizing budget and resources.
  • Ensure all leads generated from marketing activities are recorded in CRM for regular measurement and follow-up.
  • Collaborate with Marketing Partner Specialist and BDMs to secure investment from vendors and distributors for co-branding and co-funding activities.
  • Collect information on POEs to expedite funding agreements with vendors and distributors.
  • Keep records of marketing activities, metrics, ROI, insights and recommendations for action plans.
Requirements

Qualified candidates should possess:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field.
  • Intermediate English language proficiency.
  • Conversational Spanish language skills.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, challenging environment.
  • Proven analytical skills with ability to assess opportunities and make decisions based on ROI and program advantages.
  • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
  • Data-driven approach to decision making.
  • Ability to balance strategic focus and operational tasks.
  • Results-oriented mindset with proactive attitude.
Experience

Applicants should have:

  • +4 years' experience in B2B marketing.
  • Technology industry experience working with corporate partners to develop co-marketing initiatives.
