Strategic Maintenance Partner

We are seeking a skilled Strategic Maintenance Partner to join our team. In this role, you will work closely with our clients to develop and execute strategic maintenance plans that drive business results.

The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge of predictive maintenance and factory floor operations, as well as exceptional interpersonal skills with experience working with C-level executives and factory teams.

  1. Develop and execute strategic maintenance plans for large industrial clients.
  2. Conduct in-depth training for operational teams and executives on TRACTIAN solutions.
  3. Collaborate with client teams on the factory floor to resolve complex maintenance challenges.
  4. Lead Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) to demonstrate value, share insights, and uncover growth opportunities.
  5. Serve as a liaison between client teams and internal engineering to address advanced technical issues.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, or Production) or equivalent experience.
  • 5+ years of experience in industrial environments, with roles as a production or maintenance supervisor preferred.
  • Extensive knowledge of predictive maintenance and factory floor operations.
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills with experience working with C-level executives and factory teams.
  • Data-driven mindset with strong problem-solving skills and technical expertise.
