Job Role

A talented and skilled Sous Chef is required to lead our culinary team, working closely with the Executive Chef to manage all aspects of the kitchen.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage operational, quality, and administrative functions in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
  • Ensure seamless food provision to Food and Beverage outlets, meeting compliance standards.
  • Assist guests with queries, resolving issues promptly and professionally.
  • Source high-quality ingredients and store them correctly to maintain exceptional food standards.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to develop innovative menus, incorporating guest feedback.
  • Maintain consistent production of premium quality food across hotel food outlets.
  • Act as a key liaison between the kitchen team and other departments when necessary.
  • Effectively manage resources to support business objectives, optimizing working rotations.
  • Support employee development through training and assessment, ensuring adherence to brand standards.
  • Lead the kitchen brigade with confidence, promoting a well-organized and motivated team.
  • Optimize costs without compromising quality, enhancing gross profit margins and departmental targets.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues across departments, fostering positive working relationships.
