Senior Endpoint Security Leader

We are seeking a seasoned leader to oversee the maintenance, patching, and compliance of 600+ Windows and macOS endpoints using automation initiatives to reduce manual processes.
- This role will involve leading and mentoring a team of endpoint engineers, providing technical guidance and career development.
- Developing and implementing endpoint security policies and procedures is also a key responsibility.
The ideal candidate will have 2+ years of people management experience in IT or technical teams, 5+ years of hands-on endpoint management experience, and strong proficiency with NinjaOne or similar endpoint management platforms.
Additional qualifications include demonstrated experience automating endpoint management tasks using scripting languages, deep understanding of patch management, software deployment, and configuration management, and experience maintaining compliance with security frameworks (SOC2, ISO27001, GDPR, CCPA).
This is a fully remote position, requiring occasional meetings across global time zones and potential on-call rotation participation for critical issues.
