Job Summary

We are seeking a Governance Analyst to join our team in São Paulo. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for daily operations, ensuring compliance, contracts, and project follow-ups with our clients and suppliers. You will also create periodic presentations for our projects, showcasing your strategic portfolio management and ITSM skills.

Key Responsibilities
  • Ensure daily company operations run smoothly, focusing on employee experience and compliance.
  • Manage contracts and follow-ups with clients and suppliers, maintaining strong relationships.
  • Develop and present periodic project reports, highlighting key achievements and challenges.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive project efficiency and visibility.
Requirements

  • Experience in governance areas, such as risk management and supplier contracts.
  • Strategic portfolio management and ITSM (Service Now) knowledge.
  • Agile methodologies and good communication skills.
