Senior Team Lead: LATAM Region

We are seeking a seasoned professional to co-lead our LATAM Senior Relations Specialists team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for guiding and supporting your team in driving technical and procedural knowledge within the region.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead by example, providing daily guidance and direction to the LATAM team of Senior Relations Specialists.
  • Advise and guide the team on complex cases, ensuring effective customer outcomes and minimizing negative loyalty, brand, and financial loss.
  • BUILD strong relationships with stakeholders, including the LATAM Legal Department.
  • Analyze data to understand workload and performance trends, connecting with relevant stakeholders to drive results.
  • Conduct regular stakeholder satisfaction meetings, analyzing feedback and implementing recommendations.
  • Leverage change management expertise to lead the team through periods of change, demonstrating motivating behaviors.
  • Understand development needs and provide coaching, training, and support to team members.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a Team Leader position.
  • Strong business acumen and ability to estimate business impact.
  • Knowledge of LATAM consumer law organizations and regulations.
  • Experience leading teams in an international environment.
  • Ability to multi-task and prioritize among multiple factors.
