Job Description

We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead our Communications team in Latin America. As Head of Communications, you will be responsible for providing strategic counsel and partnership to senior leaders across the region, while inspiring and motivating a high-performing team.

You will develop regional communication strategies that provide clear direction for the company's key initiatives, build strong creative consumer campaigns, and create and lead strategies to effectively identify and mitigate early-stage crises.

This role requires a dynamic leader with extensive communications experience, a deep knowledge of consumer, business, and trade/vertical media in the region, and excellent strategic, analytical, and verbal communication skills.

In addition to your technical expertise, you should possess a compassionate, people-first mindset and be able to diplomatically handle change and exhibit sound judgment.
