Role Overview

Requirements:
  • Proven experience working with HR Capabilities and Systems is a plus.
  • Ability to build relationships and networks, act with a sense of ownership, and work collaboratively as part of a high-performing team.
  • Cross-functional collaboration on setting digital product vision, strategy, and roadmap aligned with business owners and Digital Product Managers.
  • User-centric mindset, increasing and improving usage of digital products, and supporting key-users.
  • Agile methodologies and ability to navigate ambiguity, taking responsibility beyond primary assignments when necessary.
