Client Success Manager

We are seeking a Client Success Manager to join our team. This role will be responsible for building and maintaining strategic relationships with clients, ensuring long-term satisfaction and growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute client engagement strategies to drive business growth and retention.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to coordinate digital campaigns and ensure seamless execution.
  • Provide data-driven insights and recommendations to clients to maximize their goals.
  • Monitor campaign performance and optimize as needed to achieve desired outcomes.
  • Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell services to increase client value.
  • Manage contracts, budgets, timelines, and deliverables with transparency and accountability.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a client-facing role, preferably in an agency or digital/SaaS environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients.
  • Strong understanding of the digital ecosystem, including paid media, CRM, automation, SEO, analytics, and more.
  • Data-driven mindset with the ability to extract insights and translate them into actionable strategies.
  • Strong time management and multitasking capabilities, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Proactive attitude, solution-oriented mindset, and genuine passion for delivering exceptional client experiences.
