We are seeking a skilled Technical Solutions Expert to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering outstanding production support to clients across the Americas, with a focus on South America.
You will own and resolve technical issues - proactively following through and communicating clearly. Additionally, you will support the full client lifecycle: from pre-sales, implementation through post-deployment care.
- You will troubleshoot issues across Bloomberg's electronic trading and reporting suite, identifying root causes and delivering timely solutions.
- You will collaborate with Product and Engineering to design enhancements and prevent recurring issues.
- You will act as a technical liaison - aligning expectations, streamlining delivery, and ensuring success across client and internal stakeholders.
You will also analyze trends in client issues, implement preventive strategies, and share insights to improve system stability. Furthermore, you will monitor client flows and trading activity to support capacity planning and performance benchmarking.
Excellent communication and presentation skills are essential for this role, as you will need to communicate clearly with both technical and non-technical audiences, tailoring your message accordingly.
You will keep clients aligned with our technology roadmap and proactively manage expectations.
Requirements:- Bilingual fluency in Portuguese and English is required.
- 4+ years in technical support or implementation roles for electronic trading systems is preferred.
- Hands-on experience with message protocols such as FIX, SFTP, or MQ is desirable.
- An understanding of network concepts and troubleshooting connectivity issues is necessary.
- You must be able to document and explain complex technology stacks clearly.
A degree in Business, Technology, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field is highly regarded. Experience with programming or scripting languages (e.g., Python) is also valuable.
We would love to see candidates who have exposure to workflows at broker/dealers, exchanges, hedge funds, or involving regulatory reporting requirements.
