Leading architectural experts are sought to spearhead high-profile construction projects in the UAE. The ideal candidate will boast a proven track record of delivering complex, mission-critical projects and ensure seamless coordination from tender through construction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • ">
  • Oversee review and management of tender and IFC models and documentation (2D, BIM, asset data) per ISO19650 standards.">
  • Identify design conflicts and coordinate resolution via RFIs, CVIs, and design workshops.">
  • Coordinate with multi-disciplinary teams and support subcontractor design alignment.">
  • Assist in the preparation and maintenance of project documentation, submittal schedules, and QA/QC procedures.">
  • Ensure timely, accurate document submissions and shop drawing updates through coordination with modelers and document controllers.">
  • Review subcontractor/shop drawings for compliance with project specifications.">
  • Liaise with planning teams to keep design timelines in sync with project progress.">
  • Support value engineering initiatives and design change management.">
  • Oversee and ensure accuracy of redline/as-built documentation and updates.">

Requirements:

  • ">
  • Bachelor's degree in Architecture or equivalent.">
  • 8–10 years of experience, including 3–5 years in a Senior Architect role with a main contractor.">
  • Strong proficiency in Revit (essential).">
  • Proficient in AutoCAD, Autodesk Revit, Adobe Acrobat, and MS Office.">
  • Solid understanding of large-scale building projects.">
  • Ability to interpret, review, and coordinate technical construction documentation.">
  • Familiarity with ISO19650 BIM standards is a strong advantage.">
  • Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.">
