As a Business Analyst, you will have the opportunity to work with clients to gather and document their business requirements effectively.
You will collaborate with clients to configure software solutions tailored to meet their business needs and analyze and architect solutions for these requirements.
You will define detailed functional specifications for automations and integrations to software systems and work closely with technical teams to design and test these automations and integrations.
You will perform quality reviews of deliverables developed by team members and communicate regularly with Project Managers and colleagues to ensure timely and on-budget project delivery.
You will train and mentor junior team members and aim to achieve or exceed target utilization levels.
As an entry-level position, you will receive general guidance on routine tasks and detailed instruction on new projects or assignments.
With 1-3 years of overall experience in relevant roles and an undergraduate degree or equivalent experience, you will demonstrate competence in a minimum of one product or technology area and effective communication skills to build rapport with team members and clients.
Some travel may be required as needed.
