Job Overview:

Provide exceptional customer service to meet the needs of our clients.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying and resolving customer concerns, as well as maintaining a high level of product knowledge and technical skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and resolve customer concerns through research, troubleshooting, and problem-solving.
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation of customer interactions.
  • Communicate effectively with customers, both verbally and in writing.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer satisfaction.
  • Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and technical skills to provide expert advice to customers.

Requirements:

  • High school graduate or equivalent required.
  • 1 year of relevant work experience in customer service or a related field.
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Basic computer skills and knowledge of software applications.
