Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Transfer Pricing Senior Analyst to join our team at Willis Towers Watson. As a key member of our global transfer pricing function, you will play a critical role in ensuring compliance with group transfer pricing policies and supporting the preparation of economic analyses and benchmarking reports.

Key Responsibilities
  • Transfer Pricing Documentation: Assist in the preparation of global core documentation and local country documentation reports, including Master and Local File reports.
  • Accrual Preparation and Reviews: Prepare transfer pricing related accruals and conduct reviews to ensure accuracy and compliance.
  • Economic Analysis and Benchmarking: Support the preparation of economic analyses and benchmarking reports in support of global policies.
  • Operational Transfer Pricing: Ensure compliance with group transfer pricing policies and create process documentation as needed.
  • Compliance Processes: Contribute to the development and improvement of transfer pricing compliance processes.
  • Audit Support: Assist in responding to transfer pricing-related audit requests.
  • Research and Analysis: Perform research and analysis related to transfer pricing regulatory changes and developments.
  • Functional Analysis Interviews: Assist the Transfer Pricing team in conducting functional analysis interviews to identify and assess intercompany transactions.
Requirements
  • Experience: Minimum of 1-2 years of transfer pricing experience with a Big Four accounting firm, law firm, or large multinational corporation.
  • Language: Fluency in Spanish and English required. Portuguese will be a plus.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or other related field.
  • Skills: Knowledge of OECD Transfer Pricing Guidelines, strong analytical, problem-solving, organizational, and research skills, strong verbal and written communication skills, proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word, experience in financial statement analysis.
