About the Operations Management Junior Analyst Role

Main Responsibilities:

  1. Establish and maintain effective communication between the Brazilian site and the China side, as well as the president's office interface operation.
  2. Develop and implement strategies to achieve Brazil factory KPIs, policy planning, process change, project promotion, cost, and Lean production management.
  3. Manage meeting operations, organize regular meetings (such as weekly meetings), summarize and reflect on each section, release meeting minutes, and assist the director in carrying out uploading and issuing work arrangements.
  4. Oversee all indicators in the MFG, establish the KPI management system, decompose and implement the indicators, and ensure the achievement of all indicators.
  5. Manage processes, undertake PDTC design changes and internal transformation, supervise on-site process execution, and utilize process management related information systems proficiently.
  6. Manage the cost of MFG, identify waste points through data analysis, and ensure continuous reduction of unit cost.
  7. Handle policy planning and project management of MFG, supervise the implementation of the work plan of each department, identify anomalies, and address them in advance.
  8. Communicate and coordinate with other departments, effectively implement management requirements issued by higher-level departments.
  9. Perform other temporary work assigned by the director.

Requirements:

  • University degree or above in mechanical/automotive/production or related field.
  • Proficiency in Chinese, English, and Portuguese.
  • 1+ years of working experience in an automobile plant.
  • Strong analytical skills.
  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
  • Ability to develop, implement, and review policies and procedures.
  • Ability to oversee budgeting, reporting, planning, and auditing.
  • Understanding of necessary legal and regulatory documents.
  • Ability to address company problems and opportunities.
  • Ability to build alliances and partnerships with other departments.
