Job Overview

This role involves serving as the primary point of contact for SWIFT-related incidents, analyzing and resolving issues at L3/L4 support levels.

The successful candidate will be responsible for monitoring and maintaining SWIFT infrastructure performance and availability to meet Service Level Agreement requirements.

A key aspect of this position is collaboration with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth SWIFT message flows and integration.

The ideal candidate will have proven experience working with SWIFT messaging and payment systems, ideally in a support or operations role.

Familiarity with Linux systems from an administrative/user perspective is also essential.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills are required for incident management and system troubleshooting.

Additionally, the ability to work independently and take ownership of SWIFT-related responsibilities is crucial.

Good communication skills and the ability to collaborate with international, cross-functional teams are also necessary.

The successful candidate will be part of a dedicated team based in Lithuania and USA, supporting large-scale international payment systems critical to global fintech operations.

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for SWIFT-related incidents, analyzing, troubleshooting, and resolving issues at L3/L4 support levels.
  • Monitor and maintain SWIFT infrastructure performance and availability to meet SLA requirements.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (operations, compliance, engineering) to ensure smooth SWIFT message flows and integration.
  • Work with Linux-based systems primarily from a user/administrative perspective (no development required).
  • Propose and assist in implementing process improvements and system optimizations to increase reliability and efficiency.
  • Participate in on-call rotations and occasional weekend support during critical updates or migrations.
  • Document incidents, resolutions, and knowledge base articles to improve team efficiency.
