As a Well Site Coordinator, you will play a critical role in overseeing the planning, coordination, and execution of well operations. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure safe working practices are used at the well site, while also adhering to approved well operations programs and applicable policies/procedures.

The ideal candidate for this position should have experience in supervising directional drilling operations, with knowledge in fluids operations/engineering being a plus. Advanced English language skills are essential, as well as proficiency in Portuguese.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Organize and lead daily meetings to discuss operations with customer representatives, contractors, and third-party supervisors.
  • Update forecast and planned activity to anticipate resource requirements and optimize service efficiency.
  • Check equipment and services for compliance with contracts.
  • Manage inventory of tangibles such as cement, barite, bits, rental equipment, and coordinate with suppliers as needed.
  • Implement risk responses and execute change control per the project risk management plan and well operational programs.
  • Ensure compliance with Integration PL standards and standing orders.
  • Prepare detailed procedures for specific critical operations (running casing, cementing, etc.) and associated contingency plans.
  • Review and approve invoices and reports on services performed and materials used.

Minimum Requirements:

  • Degree: Bachelor Degree complete
  • Experience: Experience in supervising directional drilling operations (mandatory)
  • Knowledge: Knowledge in fluids operations/engineering (desirable)
  • Language: Advanced English and Portuguese
