We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Seller Governance Specialist to join our team at The BIG Jobsite. As a key member of our organization, you will play a critical role in ensuring the integrity, compliance, and overall success of our seller ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and Implement Seller Policies and Guidelines: Collaborate with our legal, compliance, and other relevant stakeholders to develop and update seller policies and guidelines that promote a fair and efficient marketplace.
  • Onboarding and Education: Oversee the onboarding process for new sellers, provide educational resources and training to sellers, and ensure they understand and adhere to our platform policies.
  • Risk Management: Monitor seller activities to identify and mitigate potential risks such as fraud, counterfeit products, and other violations.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in business, commerce, law, or a related field.
  • Experience: Strong understanding of e-commerce, online marketplaces, and seller dynamics.
  • Skills: Familiarity with relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards. Self-starter with critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
  • Language: English is mandatory, Mandarin is a plus.
