About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Solutions Engineer to join our team at Zubale.

This is a unique opportunity to work with our customers and internal stakeholders to design and implement innovative solutions that drive business value.

Key Responsibilities
  • Participate in pre-sales stages and integration processes to ensure seamless customer experiences.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to drive business outcomes.
  • Design and implement systems integrations with Corporate and SMB customers, leveraging your technical expertise to deliver high-quality solutions.
  • Manage integration projects from assessment to production implementation, ensuring timely delivery and effective communication with stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to track progress, identify blockers, and capitalize on opportunities.
  • Deliver project outputs to internal and external stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and effective project management.
Requirements
  • At least 1 year of experience working with software integrations, with a strong development background.
  • Advanced level of proficiency in Portuguese and English.
  • Ability to gather customer requirements and translate them into actionable technical solutions.
  • Strong technical documentation skills, including architecture, flow, and UML diagrams.
  • Proactive and results-driven, with a strong work ethic and entrepreneurial mindset.
  • Excellent communication and conflict resolution skills, with a team player attitude.
