Senior Payroll Analyst

We are seeking a seasoned payroll professional to join our team in Sao Paulo. As a Senior Payroll Analyst, you will play a critical role in ensuring the accuracy and timeliness of our payroll processing.

About the Role
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date payroll information by collecting, calculating, and entering data on our BPO system.
  • Develop strong relationships with our BPOs around the world to ensure seamless payroll processing and timely delivery of results.
  • Work closely with stakeholders to ensure all relevant monthly change requests are received and processed efficiently.
  • Provide expert guidance and support to internal teams, including People, Accounting, Planning, and others, on payroll and benefits matters.
  • Design and deliver high-quality reports to key stakeholders, providing insights into payroll metrics and trends.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements and propose innovative solutions to enhance our payroll operations.
Requirements
  • 5 or more years of experience in payroll processing and labor legislation, preferably in Brazil. Knowledge of international payroll practices is a plus.
  • University degree or equivalent work experience in a related field.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with proficiency in English.
  • Advanced Excel skills, with expertise in pivot tables, vlookup, and other advanced functions.
