Responsibilities
  • Drive business excellence, staff excellence, clinical excellence, and patient/customer experience excellence.
  • Provide leadership and direction for day-to-day patient care operations.
  • Promote an environment focused on top of license practice and collaboration.
  • Communicate a shared vision for clinical excellence and ensure its realization.
  • Foster continuous improvement of nursing services and staff to meet patients/residents and their families' needs and expectations.
Qualifications
  • A graduate degree in nursing from an accredited school is required, along with a current Registered Nurse license by the State Board of Nursing; BSN preferred.
  • At least 1 year of nurse leadership experience in long-term care is essential.
  • At least 2 years of prior clinical experience are necessary.
  • Knowledge of state nurse practice act, state/federal regulations, and MDS process is required.
  • On-call availability is mandatory.
