  2. The ideal candidate will serve as a senior resource to the Executive team by delivering key performance indicators, trends, and actionable insights in human resources.">
  3. Develop, monitor, and continuously improve HR metrics, including turnover, retention, and engagement.">
  4. Own weekly and monthly HR reporting.">
  5. Lead and mentor a distributed HR team, ensuring consistency in process implementation across all regions and projects.">
  6. Conduct weekly planning and retrospective meetings.">
  7. Hold regular one-on-one meetings with team members to support career development, motivation, and relationship management.">
  8. Facilitate team-building activities and foster a collaborative work environment.">
  9. Ensure one-on-ones are regularly conducted by HR team members and Project Managers (PM).">
  10. Oversee and track the effectiveness of HR and PM performance interactions.">
  11. Partner with Staffing Managers, PMs, and Account Managers to ensure team alignment and employee satisfaction.">
  12. Monitor compensation levels, aligning them with market trends and financial objectives.">
  13. Partner with external partners to conduct annual market benchmarking and monitor compensation analytics in our people management system.">
  14. Collaborate with the Head of Recruitment to refine and execute hiring and retention strategies.">
  15. Meet regularly with team leads to assess recruiting outcomes and talent needs.">
  16. Lead the organization and communication of the monthly Rate Review Committee.">
  17. Identify and implement opportunities for HR process enhancements.">
  18. Oversee people management system implementation, evolution, and maintenance.">
  19. Ensure personnel data is managed securely and according to policy.">
  20. Partner with the Internal Communication and Global Engagement team to ensure timely communication of HR initiatives.">
  21. Promote a positive work culture through transparency and collaboration.">

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience in HR leadership roles, preferably in tech or remote-first environments.">
  • Strong knowledge of HR analytics, KPIs, and systems.">
  • Proven experience managing distributed HR teams.">
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.">
  • Strategic thinker with a hands-on approach to execution.">
  • Comfortable working cross-functionally with global teams.">
