As a key player in our investment analysis team, you will play a pivotal role in identifying and evaluating potential investment opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Opportunity Identification: Conduct thorough research to discover potential targets, manage outreach efforts, and engage with business owners and brokers to find new investment prospects.
  • Investment Evaluation: Support deal flow by reviewing and analyzing potential targets, assessing business models, competitive positioning, and sectors/markets, and developing three-statement financial models as well as returns and valuation analyses.
Requirements:
  • A minimum of 1-3 years of experience in investment analysis, investment banking, management consulting, or strategic roles in startups.
  • An undergraduate degree is required.
  • Previous experience in the tech/software sector is highly preferred.
  • A genuine passion for technology, business, and investing is essential.
  • A strong analytical mindset and curiosity for emerging AI tools are necessary.
  • Fluency in Portuguese and working proficiency in English are mandatory.
  • A builder's mindset: results-oriented, proactive, resourceful, comfortable in high-velocity environments, is required.
  • Humility, a willingness to learn, and an openness to receive feedback are also essential.
