Technical Support Specialist

About the RoleThe components team is committed to delivering value through technical expertise and healthy relationships with partners.
You will be part of our product development cycle, from identifying customer needs to implementing solutions in partnership with engineering, sales, and other departments.
Your primary focus will be on providing direct support to customers for train and locomotive equipment issues, including identifying corrections and necessary actions to resolve problems.
You will also provide support to specialist and product manager teams during analyses of failure and continuous improvement activities.
Requirements- Technical education in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Instrumentation, Electronics, or similar field
- Experience in mechanical and electronic equipment maintenance
- Basic English (Advanced English will be an advantage)
