Insurance Agency Appointment Setter

We are seeking an experienced Appointment Setter to support our U.S.-based insurance agency. Your role will involve engaging with U.S. businesses over the phone, introducing our services and generating qualified opportunities for licensed agents to provide quotes.

This is a performance-driven sales role that requires strong communication skills, professionalism, and outbound calling expertise.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Making outbound calls to U.S.-based business prospects.
  • Following structured scripts to introduce our services and qualify interest.
  • Identifying decision-makers and scheduling appointments or live transfers.
  • Accurately recording call notes, outcomes, and lead details in our CRM.
  • Meeting and exceeding daily and weekly performance targets for calls and appointments.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Fluent English skills (verbal and written).
  • Prior experience in cold calling, telemarketing, SDR, or appointment setting.
  • Strong communication and objection-handling skills.
  • Reliable internet connection and quiet, professional workspace at home.
  • Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and comfortable working independently.
