Financial Collections Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Accounts Receivable Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in managing billing, collections and dispute resolution efforts.
Main Responsibilities:- Review and process invoices for accuracy and timeliness, resolving any discrepancies or issues that arise.
- Oversee the collection of payments from customers, communicating regularly to ensure prompt payment and escalating overdue accounts to collections vendors as necessary.
- Negotiate with customers to resolve outstanding balances, providing clear and concise communication to achieve dispute resolution.
- Prepare and distribute accurate and up-to-date invoices to customers, proactively addressing questions or concerns about payments due.
- Analyze accounts receivable aging reports to monitor outstanding balances, identifying areas for improvement and implementing strategies to reduce delinquencies.
