  • The selected candidate will participate in solution design workshops with customers and Sagemcom Solution architects to define functional, performance, and security specifications of the end-to-end solution.\
  • They will manage day-to-day communication with customers regarding End2End functional use cases and relay questions to Sagemcom solution architects.\
  • The Water Meter Specialist will lead technical discussions with customers during the RUN phase regarding functionalities and performance of the end-to-end solution.\
  • They will analyze customer needs, including change requests and operational environment.\
  • Investigate and troubleshoot field issues related to solution functionalities and performance.\
  • Define system specifications by collaborating with offshore R&D teams.\
  • Ensure that all work meets high-quality standards through strong analytical skills.\
  • Use facilitation skills to facilitate open-minded collaboration.\
  • Maintain a strong client orientation throughout the project.\
  • Collaborate effectively with other team members to achieve project goals.\
  • Communicate complex ideas clearly and concisely.\
  • Develop and implement effective solutions to meet customer requirements.\
  • Analyze business data to inform decision-making.\
