Expected Outcomes & Responsibilities
  • Foster a new company culture driven by business plans and cash flow.
  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) such as OTB, OTP, Cash Burn, Net Cash Flow, and Free Cash Flow to minimize deviations from forecasts.
  • Ensure timely and accurate cash flow reporting used to inform decision-making.
  • Lead teams and collaborate with stakeholders to achieve treasury and company goals related to cash flow.
  • Implement best practices and improve automation within treasury processes.
  • Enhance cash management, including daily, monthly, and annual cash and liquidity forecasts.
  • Oversee accounts payable and receivable processes.
  • Develop, update, and monitor treasury operational policies, ensuring Sarbanes-Oxley compliance and supporting internal and external audit requirements.
Experience/ Qualifications
  • Proficiency in advanced English is required.
  • Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, business administration, or economics; MBA or Master in Finance is desirable.
  • A minimum of six years of experience in management positions.
  • Six years of experience in retail; eCommerce experience is preferred.
  • Experience conducting financial reporting to investors or regional teams.
  • Experience working with SAP or NetSuite is advantageous.
  • Strong knowledge of handling key performance indicators such as OTB, OTP, Cash Burn, Net Cash Flow, and Free Cash Flow.
