Job Description

The successful candidate will serve as the Chief Financial Aid Administrator, responsible for overseeing the Office of Financial Aid and ensuring the effective administration of all financial aid programs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Serve as the University's chief administrator for Title IV, Title VII, and institutional aid.
  • Monitor and analyze federal regulations to guide necessary policy, system, and procedural changes.
  • Collaborate with senior leaders to develop annual financial aid budgets, policies, and procedures that support enrollment and strategic objectives.

Additionally, the Executive Director is responsible for promoting a student-centered culture by educating students and their families about college financing options and empowering them to make informed financial decisions.

Requirements
  • Master's degree required.
  • 10+ years progressively responsible supervisory experience in financial aid.
  • Strong understanding of admissions and financial aid processes, leveraging, and optimization of financial aid for strategic enrollment.
