Nubank's success depends on our ability to recognize and solve important customer problems quickly, efficiently, and at tremendous scale. Platform Product Managers play a crucial role in synthesizing our broader business strategy with the needs of Nubank development teams across the company.

They build products that create leverage for our businesses, simplifying and scaling capabilities and systems to unlock business potential and mitigate risks. These products involve everything from our core cloud architecture, data infrastructure, finance, controllership, risk, security platforms, testing and experimentation infrastructure, to customer service tools and other internal products.

Key Responsibilities
  • Define and Communicate Product Goals: Develop and prioritize short and long-term product goals, and effectively communicate them to stakeholders.
  • Understand Users and Stakeholders: Conduct research, data analysis, and interviews to gain a deep understanding of users and stakeholders.
  • Specify and Refine Requirements: Work closely with engineering and other functions to specify and refine product requirements from conception to launch.
  • Stay Up-to-Date on Complex Domains: Stay current on complex domains like cloud services and information security, and help the team understand industry trends.
  • Communicate Effectively: Serve as an evangelist for the team, communicating with stakeholders and helping to bridge gaps in understanding between the team and the rest of the company.

  • Product Management Experience: Proven experience working with software products as a Product Manager or in a similar function.
  • Product Life-Cycle Ownership: Robust experience owning and supporting the entire product life-cycle of successful tech products.
