**About the Role**

Pacifica Continental is seeking a seasoned Senior HR Business Partner to join our team in São Paulo. This is a hybrid position, requiring 2 days of work from home and 3 days in the office.

The Senior HR Business Partner will play a critical role in supporting our business leaders and teams to enhance employee productivity, retention, and engagement. Key responsibilities include:

• Providing guidance and mentorship to business executives and leaders on HR strategies and policies

• Collaborating with HR line managers and business leaders to interpret HR processes, business objectives, and goals

• Ensuring that HR strategies and policies align with organizational needs and goals

• Managing employee relations metrics, diagnosing issues, and eradicating root causes

• Identifying and mitigating potential disruptions to the business framework

• Contributing to the development of HR strategies and policies to improve them and align them with business needs

• Providing counseling, coaching, mentorship, and guidance to employees and executives to drive better performance

**Requirements**

• More than 5 years of experience in HR, with a background as an HR generalist

• Experience with Work Climate Survey Reports, training and development, recruitment, inclusion and diversity strategies

• Fluency in English, with Spanish a plus

• Strong soft skills, including resilience, organization, and a hands-on approach
