Key Responsibilities:

  • Taking the first steps in becoming a highly effective sourcing specialist, capable of discovering new top talent profiles that fit our clients' demands.
  • Participating in multiple projects with different managers across the company.

We're looking for students or recent graduates of humanities who possess excellent analytical abilities, can learn quickly, and have great interpersonal and communication skills. Good academic grades are a plus, and an advanced English level is required.

Desirable qualifications include 1+ year of previous work experience and previous experience in the IT market. However, these are not essential.

Estimated Salary: $65,000 - $85,000 per year, depending on location and experience.
