Job Overview
We are actively looking for a Website Project Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with extensive experience in website project management and excellent communication and client management skills.
Responsibilities
- Plan and organize the workflow of website projects, ensuring deadlines are met and resources are allocated efficiently.
- Coordinate with design, development, and marketing teams to ensure project objectives are achieved.
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients, providing regular updates, addressing concerns, and managing expectations throughout the project lifecycle.
- Develop project timelines, budgets, and resource plans, and track project progress against these parameters.
- Conduct quality assurance checks to ensure websites meet design, functionality, and performance standards.
- Provide guidance and support to team members, fostering collaboration and a positive work environment.
- Keep abreast of industry trends and best practices in website design, development, and project management.
Qualifications
- Fluent in English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- 3+ years of experience in website management, with a proven track record of successfully managing website projects.
- PMO, PMP Certification.
- Proven experience working with Shopify.
- Charismatic and able to build strong relationships with clients and team members.
- Strong client management skills, with the ability to understand client needs and translate them into actionable project plans.
- Familiarity with project management tools and software.
- Experience working in an agency environment is preferable.
- Experience working with American clientele is a plus.
